This is another friendly reminder about photo day.

Team and individual photos will be taken on the ice on Thursday, October 21 at 5:30pm. The coaching staff kindly asks that everybody make a concerted effort to be on time that day. If anybody is late, it will cut into our all ready limited ice slot.

We will wear blue socks and blue jerseys, along with the standard shells.

Photo forms can be obtained from Tash.

Don’t forget to SMILE!

Dryland Training

Posted by Scott Sutera at Sep 22, 2010 7:26PM PDT ( 0 Comments )

This is a friendly reminder about the start of our dryland training this Tuesday 9/28. We will meet in the lobby at 5:00pm sharp. We won’t have a lot of time, so please dont be late. We will start outside until the weather becomes uncooperative. Have the boys dress in shorts or sweats and sneakers. We’re going to workout for approximately 15-20 minutes and then get dressed for practice. We’re going to work on lateral movements, hand eye coordination and explosion exercises to devlop the muscles necessary to become better skaters and overall hockey players. We have come up with a game plan that will make it fun and enjoyable for the boys, yet at the same time be productive. See everybody over the weekend!

3v3 Mini Jamboree

Posted by Scott Sutera at Sep 18, 2010 7:43PM PDT ( 1 Comment )

The coaching staff wants to congratulate the Kings Mites team on an impressive performance at Aspen Ice in Flemington today. It was our first "competitive" games this season and we look like we’re in mid season form all ready. Coach Pete and myself were especailly proud of the passing and teamwork on display. Keep up the good work and let’s show well at the jamboree on Sept 25 & 26 at the Ice Vault.
